Your client connects their own account

The awkward part of taking on a client is asking for their password. Now you send them a link instead. They pick nothing and fill in nothing: they sign in to Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn themselves, and the account lands on their business inside your account.

Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. You choose which when you make the link, and the link opens that one and nothing else.
The page carries your logo and your colour, and shows the one business the link was made on.
The business is fixed when you create the link, so the account cannot land on the wrong one.
When they finish they land on a page with your name on it, not ours. Reopen the link later and it says they are already done.

Your client approves without an account

Send a link over WhatsApp and your client sees the posts waiting on them. They say yes, or send one back with a note, with no account and no password.

The page carries your logo and your colour. Nothing else about your account reaches it.
One link opens one business, and only the posts still waiting for a decision.
Their decision lands where your own lands, and a post sent back brings their note with it.
You pick how long the link works, from a week to a month. Remove it sooner and it stops at once.

The agency gets a screen of its own

Every other screen in Heronora is about one of your clients. This one is about your team: what everyone should read, and the businesses you are still talking to.

News, docs, links and videos in one feed, with the important one pinned to the top.
A lead list with a name, a contact and where it stands: new, contacted, won or lost.
Put someone on a lead, so the list says who is handling it.
It appears only on an agency account. A single business never sees it.

One login for every business you run

If you look after more than one business, they now sit in one account instead of one login each. You switch at the top of the sidebar and the whole app follows.

Switch business and the plans, the calendar and the library all follow. Nothing from another one shows up.
Give each person the access they need. One business or all of them, and inside each one they write, approve or only look.
One plan covers every business in the account. You pay once, not per business.
Usage shows where the account spent its month, business by business and person by person.

Send content in from your own system

Your website, a booking tool or a script can now put posts and media into Heronora without anyone signing in. The account owner makes a key in Settings, Developers, and turns it off from the same place.

The key is shown once, when you make it. Lose it and you make another. Nothing else stops working.
Send posts, or pull images and video in by URL, up to 100 at a time.
Send the same item twice and it updates what is already there instead of making a copy.
Each key shows when it was last used, so you know which ones are safe to remove.
When you add a business, you can start it as a copy of one you already run, with its brand and content settings.

Invite someone, and set what they can reach

Adding a colleague is an invitation now rather than an account made for them. You choose their level and the businesses they can open before it goes out, and they set their own password when they accept.

Pick their level and the businesses they can open, before the invite leaves.
You can only hand out what you hold yourself, and nobody can be invited above your own level.
Send it again and the old link stops working. Take it back and it stops too.
A pending invite already counts against your seats, so the number you see is the number you have.

Carousels keep every slide in the editor

Opening a carousel post in the editor kept only the first slide and dropped the rest. It keeps all of them now.

Your Instagram comments now live in Heronora

Every comment on your published posts arrives in one place, grouped by what still needs you. Reply yourself, ask for a draft written from your knowledge base, or let templates and keyword rules answer.

One list for every comment, with groups for Needs you, Auto replied, Answered by you, and Hidden or removed.
Write a draft pulls the answer from your knowledge base. Send is the only way it leaves.
Comments are shown in your language and your reply goes out in theirs. You read it before it posts.
Blocked words and AI moderation hide or delete comments without you.
