✅ Client approval
Send your client a link. They see the posts waiting, say yes or send one back with a note, and never make an account. The page carries your brand, not ours.
How it works
- Open Settings, then Client approval, and press New link. Choose how long it works, from a week up to a month.
- The link is shown once. Copy it and send it over WhatsApp or email, the way you already talk to them.
- They open it with no account and no password, and see only the posts of that one business that are still waiting for a decision.
- Their yes lands in Heronora exactly where your own does, and a post sent back carries their note with it. Remove the link when you want and it stops at once.
Frequently asked questions
Can they see my other clients?
No. A link belongs to one business and opens only that one. Nothing else about the account reaches the page.
What if the link reaches the wrong person?
Remove it and it stops working at once for everyone holding it, then make a new one. It also stops on its own on the day you chose.
Whose logo do they see?
Yours, when you have set your logo and colour on the account. The page shows those and nothing else about your organization.
