🔗 Client connects their own account
You never ask a client for their password. Send them a link, they sign in to Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn themselves, and the account lands on their business inside your account.
How it works
- Open Settings, then Connections, and press Create a link at the bottom of the channel list. Choose which account you are asking for.
- The link is shown once. Copy it and send it the way you already talk to them, over WhatsApp or email.
- They open it on a page carrying your logo and your colour, and press one button to sign in to that account.
- The account arrives on that one business, ready to publish. The link is spent and cannot be used again.
Frequently asked questions
Do they need a Heronora account?
No. They never make one and never set a password with us. The only login they use is their own account, on that platform's own screen.
Which business does the account land on?
The one the link was made on, always. The business is fixed at the moment you create the link, not at the moment they open it, so it cannot land somewhere else by accident.
What if the link reaches the wrong person?
It works once and stops on its own after a week. Whoever opens it can only attach an account they can already sign in to, and they see nothing else about your account.
