Every comment on your published posts lands in one place, grouped by what still needs you. Reply yourself, ask for a draft written from your knowledge base, or set rules that reply and moderate on their own.
How it works
- Comments on your published posts arrive grouped, with groups for Needs you, Auto replied, Answered by you, and Hidden or removed.
- Press Write a draft and Heronora writes the reply from your knowledge base. Nothing goes out until you press send.
- Turn on Translate comments and you read every one in your language. You write the reply in yours, and before it goes out you read the exact text that will appear under the post.
- In Comment automation, reply templates and keyword rules answer for you, and blocked words plus AI moderation hide or delete the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Does Heronora reply to comments on its own?
Only if you switch on auto-reply, and then it answers with your templates and keyword rules. A draft you ask for in Comments never sends by itself.
Which language does my reply go out in?
The commenter's, read from what they wrote. You see the translated text before it posts, and if their language could not be read your reply goes out exactly as you typed it.
Do I get the comments from before I connected?
No. A comment is recorded from the moment it arrives, so older ones stay on Instagram.
