🏢 More than one business
If you look after more than one business, they sit in one account. You switch at the top of the sidebar and the whole app follows: plans, calendar, library, settings.
How it works
- Add a business and it joins the same account. The switcher at the top of the sidebar lists them all.
- Pick one and the whole app follows it. Nothing from another business shows up in the plans, the calendar or the library.
- In Team you invite people and say what each one may do. A person can hold one business or all of them, and inside each one you choose whether they write, approve or only look.
- One plan covers every business in the account. You pay once, not per business, and Usage shows where the account spent its month.
Frequently asked questions
Can someone see a business I did not give them?
No. A person reaches the businesses you put them on and nothing else. The rest do not appear in their switcher at all.
Do I pay for each business?
No. The plan belongs to the account, not to a business, and it says how many businesses the account may hold.
How do I start a second business?
Open the switcher and press Add a business. You can start it empty, or as a copy of one you already run so it keeps the brand and content settings.
